Tribe Colombo
Formerly known as Silk, Tribe launched this August and is a relatively new entrant to the city’s clubbing scene. Located in the Gymkhana Building and within easy reach of hotels in Colombo, the club features hip hop, house and R&B music along with guest DJs.
Rhythm and Blues
An all-time favorite in the local clubbing scene, Rhythm and Blues is a popular party destination within easy reach of properties the likes of Berjaya Hotel Colombo. It has a great selection of cocktails and wines, not forgetting live music too.
Re.Pub.Lk
Featuring a chilled-out vibe, Re.Pub.Lk is a combination of a bar and bistro and has happy hour promotions as well as music courtesy of DJs or live bands. It’s open till 2.30 am on Friday and Saturday and if you’re visiting from abroad consider basing yourself at nearby Mount Lavinia. Disques
A chic retro club, Disques is situated at the Colombo Racecourse and is another favorite amongst local clubbers. The music played here is an eclectic mix of everything from the ’80s and ’90s to pop and funk, providing the ideal soundtrack for your weekend nights.
