Ao Sane
Located in the southern part of Phuket, this 200-metre-long beach features 2 distinct snorkelling areas; one is a sharp drop-off point into deeper waters and is best for experienced snorkellers, and the other is next to a beach restaurant and is accessible at high tide with the coral being close to the surface.
Laem Singh Beach
You’ll find this beach on the island’s west coast located below a steep promontory, and a short distance away from the Anantara Layan Phuket Resort. The northern part of the beach is ideal for body boarding while its southern region is perfect for swimming and snorkelling as it features plenty of fish and marine life.

Paradise Beach
This 150-metre beach features a coral reef that is around 100 metres offshore. The beach is managed by the Paradise Beach Phuket Club which offers not only snorkelling but also kayaking, scuba diving and more.
Similan Islands
This is an absolute must-visit as it features one of the largest dive sites in Southeast Asia with more than 200 species of hard coral, vibrantly coloured fish and even sea turtles and sharks.
