The beach itself is visible from the Kalutara Bridge, and when you are on a journey from Colombo to Kalutara, or even passing Kalutara on your way to someplace further south, you should make a stop at this Kalutara beach, and you’d thank us later. Calido Beach is a quaint stretch of sand and clear waters in which you can take a dip too, as the place is ideal for visitors, without the bustle and noisy crowd the bigger beaches have.
