For any tourist heading to Thailand, there are numerous coastlines to choose from with white sand coasts and aqua marine waters. While some of these seashores are world famous and are teeming with travellers from world over who are keen to enjoy the sun, sea and the sand here, there are some shores which are not so well known but are well kept secrets. Nopparathara Beach is situated approximately 18 kilometres west of the better-known Krabi Town and neighboring Ao Nang. This calm seaside is located inside the Hat Nopparat Thara-Koh Phi Phi National Park and boasts of a stretch of sandy coastline, which is almost three-kilometres long. It is lined with casuarina trees providing a beautiful setting. This is one of the best beaches for anyone who prefers to sit under a tree and read a book or just laze about under the shade of a tree. These trees provide natural shade.
Similar to a majority of the coasts in Krabi’s, here the tourist will not find a large number of beach umbrellas and deckchairs dotting the shore because it is less crowded. Therefore the best course of action for any beach-goer is to get hold of a beach towel and find a shady spot under a tree to relax by the sea.
During the low tide sometimes it is possible to walk all the way to Koh Kao Pak Klong Island located in the bay. It is very popular both amongst the local crowd who enjoy a good picnic and also amongst those who prefer to enjoy a relaxing day out swimming, eating and simply lazing under the sun.
If that is in the list of things to do in Thailand, you can stay at one of the many Krabi resorts or even a Trang resort and go for a day out at this shore. Anantara Si Kao Thailand is an ideal hotel for the adult travellers and the families alike and it will be a perfect place from which to explore the natural wonders that are waiting to be discovered and enjoyed in the Andaman coast.
