The Queen Beach is also known as the Egg Beach and Hoang Hua Beach, located 2 kilometres away from the southeast of Quy Nhon, discoverable in the region of Ghenh Rang tourism area. Travellers who visit the beach will witness a pathway of smooth stones that take shape of giant eggs, which is also the reason for its other name, Egg Beach.
The Path to Queen’s Beach
Your path to Queen’s Beach is a simple 10-minute ride from Avani Quy Nhon Resort. However, if your holiday residence is located in the city centre, it may take up to 30 minutes to reach the beach. The shores of Queen’s beach are reachable by taxi or bike if walking is not your cup of tea. To reach the beach from the city centre, a few turns to An Duong Vuong and Han Mac Tu streets are all you need.
A Story from the Past

According to legend, the king and queen, Bao Dai and Nam Phuong, respectively paid a visit to the beach where the queen was instantly bewitched by its beauty and thereby it was named after her.

Best Time for a Visit
Looking forward to some fun in the sun in Quy Nhon? If your holiday destination lies near Queen’s beach, the months from February to June are considered the most ideal for outdoor activities as the sun comes out and there’s little rain to expect. However, July to early October are months that should be avoided when visiting Queen’s Beach as the storm gets rough and the going gets tough!
